SE-001: Declaration of Unfinished Work

All personnel are required to identify the oldest unfinished job currently under their supervision.

Projects described as “nearly done,” “waiting for one small part” or “something I will sort this weekend” remain active. They must not be classified as abandoned merely because several birthdays, governments or shed reorganisations have occurred since work began.

Moving an unfinished item to another room resets neither its age nor its project status. Placing it in a labelled box may, however, qualify as administrative progress.
