Enough detail helps us deal with the matter properly.
For order enquiries, include your order number and the email address used at checkout. For damaged, faulty or incorrect goods, briefly describe the issue and mention whether photographs are available.
Order enquiries Delivery, amendments, tracking and order status.
Returns and faults Returns, refunds, damaged goods and incorrect items.
Product information Sizing, materials, care and availability.
General enquiries Matters not adequately covered by the other departments.
